1. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 14 days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the error is due to the Seller.
3. Product Protection During Return
The Customer must properly package the product to prevent any damage during transport.
In the event of damage due to improper packaging, a proportional discount may be applied.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular:

to products opened for hygiene reasons

to products that have become unfit for resale.
5. Refund
The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.
6. Package not collected
If a package is not collected from the collection point or is refused:
Return shipping and logistics costs may be deducted from the refund.
7. Defective Products
In case of a defective or non-compliant product:
Le Chat Chanceux will cover the return shipping costs and offer:
