PART II – B2B Terms and Conditions (PROFESSIONALS)

In the event of a locker closure, temporary or permanent closure of the collection point, logistical constraints, accessibility issues, or any other circumstance beyond the Seller's control, the carrier may redirect the parcel to another collection point or offer an alternative delivery solution.This redirection is solely at the carrier's discretion and does not constitute a failure to fulfill the order by the Seller.
If the parcel is not collected from the alternative collection point or according to the solution offered by the carrier, the provisions relating to unclaimed or refused parcels remain applicable.
